We’re addressing the shortage of affordable housing in the south, building the right type of homes to meet the needs of our local communities. We’re the fifth largest developer of new homes amongst housing associations in England, having built over 1,500 last year.
We have homes at social and affordable rents for those on the lowest incomes. And a choice of shared ownership developments, which allow local people to take their first steps on the ladder.
Today, we’re also building homes for the open market and the income we make from these is put back into building more high-quality, affordable homes for people who need them.
